Giggles is designed to work without an account, advertising profile, or developer-operated tracking system. This policy explains the limited situations where information may be processed.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Giggles Comedy Club app for Apple Vision Pro and the Giggles support website. “Giggles,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MXX, LLC, the app operator.

Information we collect

Giggles does not require a developer-operated user account. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs, do not track your activity across other companies’ apps or websites, and do not sell or rent personal information.

If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, app and visionOS versions, and any screenshots or recordings you attach. We use that information only to respond, diagnose the issue, protect the app, and improve Giggles.

Spatial and immersive data

visionOS processes spatial, motion, hand, and device information needed to present and control an immersive experience. When Giggles uses information made available by visionOS, it is processed on your device for app functionality. We do not receive or store raw camera feeds, room maps, hand-tracking data, or your physical surroundings on developer-operated servers.

Club Night and shared experiences

During a Club Night, information needed to keep participants in the same experience may be exchanged through Apple-provided technologies or directly between participating devices. We do not use that session information to create a profile, serve ads, or store a history of who joined your room on our servers.

Other participants can naturally see or hear what you choose to share in a live experience. Use the same judgment you would use in a FaceTime call or an in-person room.

Apple services and diagnostics

Apple processes App Store purchases, downloads, and certain platform services under Apple’s own privacy terms. If you have opted to share diagnostics with developers, Apple may provide us with crash or performance reports. Those reports are used only to maintain and improve Giggles and are not used for advertising.

Retention and security

Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain an appropriate support record, comply with law, and protect our rights. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children’s privacy

Giggles is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through a support request, contact us so we can delete it.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you provided directly to us. Because Giggles does not use a developer account system, most users have no app account or developer-held profile to delete.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app, legal requirements, or our practices change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date above.
